WHAT IS CRYOTHERAPY?

Cryotherapy is a 3-minute session at -180° Celsius degrees. The treatment takes place in underwear and you get to step into a cabin with cold air. For your safety there is always staff on site next to the cabin and we do everything to help you manage the whole session! 

Everything you need to wear is underwear (for men) and sports bra (for women), we will provide you with everything else you need for the session, such as gloves, shoes, bathrobe and neck cover. Immediately after you will feel well, regenerated, and you will also experience an elevated energy level. Life Cabin offers you an individual cryotherapy session and we are the first in Europe to launch an E-Cryo Cabin.  

When you undergo the treatment for the first time, you must fill in a health declaration regarding heart disease and other contraindications. If you have heart disease, are pregnant or have another underlying disease that may be aggravated by a cryotherapy treatment, we advise against this.
